This Bok Choy recipe is delicious and as far as preparation is concerned, you really can’t get much simpler. It takes no more than 10 –15 minutes to chop and cook this delicious and healthy side dish.
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 large head Bok Choy cut into bite-size pieces
- salt to taste
Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the garlic and cook 1-2 minutes. Add the Bok Choy, mix well, and cook about 8 minutes. Add salt to taste.
